AN ACT
T o amend chapter 9, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to miscarriage
awareness month.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 9, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be
2 known as section 9.51 1, to read as follows:
9.51 1. The month of February is her eby designated as "Miscarriage A waren ess
2 Month" in Missouri. The citizens of this state are encouraged to participate in
3 appr opriate events and activities to raise awar eness about miscarriage that effects one in
4 four pr egnancies.
