  • For fiscal year 1996 and each subsequent fiscal year, any amount of the 5 excursion gambling boat proceeds deposited in the gaming proceeds for education fund in excess 6 of the [amount] amounts transferred to the school district bond fund as provided in section 7 164.303 and the strengthening HBCUs fund as provided in section 173.1030 shall be transferred 8 to the classroom trust fund.
  • Such moneys shall be distributed in the manner provided in section 9 163.043."; and 10 11 Further amend said bill, Page 8, Section 173.831, Line 224, by inserting after all of the said 12 section and line the following: 13 14 "173.1030.
