AN ACT
T o amend chapter 10, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the barbecue
capital of the state of Missouri.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 10, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be
2 known as section 10.287, to read as follows:
10.287. The city of Kansas City is selected for and shall be known as the official
2 "Barbecue Capital of the state of Missouri".
