AN ACT
T o amend chapter 21, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to materials
provided to certain committees of the general assembly .
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 21, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be
2 known as section 21.1060, to read as follows:
21.1060. Each state department shall, upon requ est, provi de to the budget
2 committee of the house of re present atives and the appr opriations committee of the
3 senate the following:
4 (1) The total number and names of nonprof it corporations receivi ng funding
5 fr om the department;
6 (2) Any copies of Internal Revenue Service Form 990 for such nonpr ofit
7 corporations in possession of the department;
8 (3) The total number of individuals served by such nonprofi t corporation each
9 year , including the zip codes of those served; and
10 (4) Copies of any memorandum of understanding between the department and a
11 nonpr ofit corporation.
