AN ACT
T o amend chapter 9, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to election worker
appreciation day .
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 9, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be
2 known as section 9.515, to read as follows:
9.515. August twelfth each year is hereb y designated as "Election W orker
2 Appr eciation Day" in Missouri. The citizens of this state ar e encouraged to participate
3 in appr opriate events and activities to celebrate the essential contributions of election
4 workers and express appr eciation for the vital r ole they play in elections.
