BE IT RESOL VED, by the House of Representatives of the One Hundred Third
2 General Assembly , Second Regular Session, of the State of Missouri, the Senate concurring
3 therein, that the House of Representatives and the Senate convene in Joint Session in the Hall
4 of the House of Representatives at 2:30 p.m., T uesday , January 13, 2026, to receive a message
5 from His Excellency , the Honorable Mike Kehoe, Governor of the State of Missouri; and

7 BE IT FUR THER RESOL VED that a committee of ten (10) members from the
8 House of Representatives be appointed by the Speaker to act with a committee of ten (10)
9 members from the Senate, appointed by the President Pro T empore, to wait upon the
10 Governor of the State of Missouri and inform His Excellency that the House of
11 Representatives and Senate of the One Hundred Third General Assembly , Second Regular
12 Session, are now or ganized and ready for business and to receive any message or
13 communication that His Excellency may desire to submit, and that the Chief Clerk of the
14 House of Representatives be directed to inform the Senate of the adoption of this resolution.
