2 Lines 30-33, by deleting said lines and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

4 "securities as otherwise provided by law and approved by the governor and state auditor.
5 Investments in banker's acceptances shall mature and become payable not more than one
6 hundred and eighty days from the date of purchase and investments in commercial paper shall
7 mature and become payable not more than [one hundred eighty] two hundred seventy days from
8 the date of purchase[,].
Investments in banker's acceptances and commercial paper shall maintain
9 the highest rating throughout the duration of the investment and meet any other requirements
10 provided by law.
