The following summaries of this bill are available: Print All Summaries Introduced Print SB 1009 - Under the act, at least one member of the Clean Water Commission shall be knowledgeable concerning the needs of publicly owned wastewater treatment works. The act repeals a provision relating to the Commission members' income. The act further provides that the Commission shall establish rules of procedure specifying when members shall exempt themselves from participating in discussions and from voting on issues due to any conflict of interest.
