SB 1030 - This act prohibits all state departments and agencies from enforcing any rule or regulation promulgated by any federal agency until the rule or regulation has first been approved by the Missouri General Assembly.

This act is identical to SB 771 (2025), SB 1141 (2024), SB 358 (2023), SB 956 (2022), SB 426 (2021) and HB 2339 (2020).
