AN ACT
To amend chapter 9, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to Charlie Kirk Day.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 9, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto 1
one new section, to be known as section 9.133, to read as 2
follows:3
9.133. October fourteenth of each year shall be known 1
and designated as "Charlie Kirk Day" in Missouri. The 2
citizens of this state are encouraged to participate in 3
appropriate events and activities to honor the life of 4
Charlie Kirk, who was a champion of free speech, civil 5
dialogue, and faith. 6
