AN ACT
To amend chapter 195, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the over-the-counter
purchase of certain medications.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 195, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto 1
one new section, to be known as section 195.1000, to read as 2
follows:3
195.1000. Notwithstanding any other provision of law 1
to the contrary, ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine tablets 2
suitable for human use may be sold or purchased as over-the- 3
counter medications in this state without a prescription or 4
consultation with a pharmacist or other health care 5
professional. 6
