The following summaries of this bill are available: Print All Summaries Introduced Print SB 1134 - Under this act, each health care facility shall prominently display a printed sign, in all capital letters, warning that assaulting a health care professional is a serious crime which may be punishable as a class A misdemeanor. This act is identical to SB 791 (2025) and substantially similar to provisions in HCS/HB 1213 (2025) and HCS/SB 943 (2025). SARAH HASKINS
