AN ACT
To amend chapter 227, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the designation of
infrastructure.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto 1
one new section, to be known as section 227.856, to read as 2
follows:3
227.856. The portion of State Highway D from State 1
Highway 94 continuing west to State Highway T in St. Charles 2
County shall be designated as "President Donald J Trump 3
Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and 4
maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with 5
the costs to be paid by private donations. 6
