SB 1503 - Currently, the first $2 million of fees collected for watercraft certification shall be deposited into the state general revenue fund. All fees in excess of $2 million are deposited into the Water Patrol Division Fund.

Under this act, all fees collected on or after August 28, 2026, shall be deposited in the Water Patrol Division Fund and shall be used exclusively for the Water Patrol Division.
