AN ACT
To repeal section 313.660, RSMo, relating to off-track pari-mutuel wagering on horse racing.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Section 313.660, RSMo, is repealed, to read as 1
follows:2
[313.660. 1. No individual shall for a 1
fee, directly or indirectly, accept anything of 2
value to be wagered or to be transmitted or 3
delivered for wager in any pari-mutuel system of 4
wagering on horse racing or for a fee deliver 5
anything of value which has been received 6
outside of the enclosure of a race track holding 7
a horse race licensed under sections 313.500 to 8
313.710 to be placed as wagers in the pari- 9
mutuel pool within such enclosure. 10
2. Any individual violating the provisions 11
of this section shall upon conviction be guilty 12
of a class D felony.] 13
