The following summaries of this bill are available: Print All Summaries Introduced Print SB 1548 - The act provides that it shall be unlawful for a public water supply district or a public water system to discharge fluoride into water used for human consumption. Any individual may report violations of the act to the Department of Natural Resources. If the Department finds that a violation occurred, the Department shall ask the Attorney General to commence a civil action. If the court finds that a violation occurred, the court may grant relief as described in the act. JULIA SHEVELEVA
