AN ACT
To amend chapter 278, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to benefits of soil and
water conservation district employees.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 278, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto 1
one new section, to be known as section 278.115, to read as 2
follows:3
278.115. Notwithstanding any provision of law, rule, 1
order, decision, permit, agreement, or other relevant 2
authority to the contrary, an employee of a soil and water 3
conservation district created under this chapter shall be 4
subject to the same healthcare benefits and rates as a state 5
employee subject to the provisions of chapter 103. 6
