AN ACT
To repeal section 478.385, RSMo, and to enact in lieu thereof one new section relating to circuit
judges in the seventh judicial circuit.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Section 478.385, RSMo, is repealed and one new 1
section enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as section 478.385, 2
to read as follows:3
478.385. There shall be four circuit judges in the 1
seventh judicial circuit [consisting of the county of 2
Clay]. Beginning fiscal year 2028, there shall be five 3
circuit judges in the seventh judicial circuit. 4
