1 AN ACT
2 To appropriate money for the expenses, grants, refunds, and distributions of the Department
3 of Agriculture, Department of Natural Resources, Department of Conservation, and
4 the several divisions and programs thereof, and for the expenses, grants, refunds,
5 distributions, and capital improvements projects involving the repair, replacement,
6 and maintenance of state buildings and facilities of the Department of Natural
7 Resources and the several divisions and programs thereof, to be expended only as
8 provided in Article IV, Section 28 of the Constitution of Missouri, and to transfer
9 money among certain funds, for the period beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June
10 30, 2027.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:12

14 There is appropriated out of the State Treasury, to be expended only as provided in
15 Article IV, Section 28 of the Constitution of Missouri, for the purpose of funding each
16 department, division, agency, fund transfer, and program described herein for the item or
17 items stated, and for no other purpose whatsoever, chargeable to the fund designated for the
18 period beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027, as follows:
