1 AN ACT
2 To appropriate money for the expenses, grants, refunds, and distributions of the Department
3 of Economic Development, Department of Commerce and Insurance, Department of
4 Labor and Industrial Relations and the several divisions and programs thereof, to be
5 expended only as provided in Article IV, Section 28 of the Constitution of Missouri,
6 and to transfer money among certain funds for the period beginning July 1, 2026, and
7 ending June 30, 2027.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:9

11 There is appropriated out of the State Treasury, to be expended only as provided in
12 Article IV, Section 28 of the Constitution of Missouri, for the purpose of funding each
13 department, division, agency, fund transfer, and program described herein for the item or
14 items stated, and for no other purpose whatsoever, chargeable to the fund designated for the
15 period beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027, as follows:

12 presence of a project in this list is not an indication said project

14 project must have completed the application process and a
15 certificate of approval must have been issued pursuant to
16 Section 99.845 (10), RSMo, before a project may be disbursed
17 funds subject to the appropriation.
