1 AN ACT
2 To appropriate money for expenses, grants, refunds, and distributions of the Chief
3 Executive’s Office and Mansion, Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of State, State
4 Auditor, State Treasurer, Attorney General, Missouri Office of Prosecution Services,
5 Missouri Prosecuting Attorneys and Circuit Attorneys Retirement Systems, the
6 Judiciary and the Office of the State Public Defender, and the several divisions and
7 programs thereof, and for the payment of salaries and mileage of members of the
8 State Senate and the House of Representatives and contingent expenses of the
9 General Assembly, including salaries and expenses of elective and appointive officers
10 and necessary capital improvements expenditures; for salaries and expenses of
11 members and employees and other necessary operating expenses of the Committee on
12 Legislative Research, various joint committees, for the expenses of the interim
13 committees established by the General Assembly, and for the Missouri State Capitol
14 Commission, and to transfer money among certain funds, to be expended only as
15 provided in Article IV, Section 28 of the Constitution of Missouri, for the period
16 beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:18

20 There is appropriated out of the State Treasury, to be expended only as provided in
21 Article IV, Section 28 of the Constitution of Missouri, for the purpose of funding each
22 department, division, agency, fund transfer, and program described herein for the item or
23 items stated, and for no other purpose whatsoever, chargeable to the fund designated, for the
24 period beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027, as follows:
