1 AN ACT
2 To appropriate money for the expenses, grants, refunds, distributions, purchase of
3 equipment, planning expenses, capital improvement projects, including but not
4 limited to major additions and renovation of facility components, and equipment or
5 systems for the several departments and offices of state government and the several
6 divisions and programs thereof, and to transfer money among certain funds, to be
7 expended only as provided in Article IV, Section 28 of the Constitution of Missouri
8 for the fiscal period beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:10

12 There is appropriated out of the State Treasury, to be expended only as provided in
13 Article IV, Section 28 of the Constitution of Missouri, for the purpose of funding each
14 department, division, agency, fund transfer, and program described herein for the item or
15 items stated, and for no other purpose whatsoever chargeable to the fund designated for the
16 period beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027, as follows:
