MANESS 4 5 A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: “AN ACT PROHIBITING THE ADMINISTRATION OF GENE-BASED 6 VACCINES FOR INFECTIOUS DISEASES INTO HUMANS IN THE STATE OF MONTANA; PROVIDING A 7 DEFINITION; AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.” 8 9 WHEREAS, the mRNA vaccines have caused enormous numbers of deaths, disabilities, and serious 10 adverse events; and 11 WHEREAS, no long-term studies have been completed regarding fertility, teratogenicity, mutagenicity, 12 or oncogenicity; and 13 WHEREAS, recipients are not given informed consent; and 14 WHEREAS, the mRNA vaccines may integrate into the human genome and be passed onto the next 15 generation; and 16 WHEREAS, the mRNA vaccines are contaminated with DNA, metallic particles, and other unknown 17 nanoparticles; and 18 WHEREAS, the mRNA vaccines may shed to others and cause side effects or harm. 19 20 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA: 21 22 NEW SECTION. Section 1. Administration of gene-based vaccines FOR INFECTIOUS DISEASES. (1) 23 A person may not provide or administer a gene-based vaccine FOR INFECTIOUS DISEASES to a human within the 24 state. 25 (2) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and is subject to a $500 fine for 26 each incident. 27 (3) The appropriate licensure board within the Montana department of labor and industry shall 28 review the license of a person who is licensed under Title 37 and who violates this section. - 2025 69th Legislature 2025 HB0371.2 - 2 - Authorized Print Version – HB 371 1 (4) (A) For the purposes of this section, "gene-based vaccine FOR INFECTIOUS DISEASES" means a 2 vaccine FOR INFECTIOUS DISEASES developed using messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) technology, modified 3 messenger ribonucleic acid technology, self-amplifying messenger ribonucleic acid technology, or 4 deoxyribonucleic acid technology. 5 (B) THE TERM DOES NOT INCLUDE GENE THERAPY PRODUCTS USED TO TREAT CANCER OR GENETIC 6DISORDERS. 7 8 NEW SECTION. Section 2. Codification instruction. [Section 1] is intended to be codified as an 9 integral part of Title 45, chapter 5, and the provisions of Title 45, chapter 5, apply to [section 1]. 10 - END -
