5 DEPENDENCY TREATMENT VOUCHER PROGRAM; REPEALING SECTION 7, CHAPTER 187, LAWS OF
6 2023; AND PROVIDING AN IMMEDIATE EFFECTIVE DATE.”

8 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:

10 NEW SECTION. Section 1. Repealer. Section 7, Chapter 187, Laws of 2023, is repealed.

12 NEW SECTION. Section 2. Effective date. [This act] is effective on passage and approval.
