ENROLLED BILL
A RESOLUTION OF THE SENATE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA CONCURRING IN, CONFIRMING, AND
CONSENTING TO THE APPOINTMENT TO THE JUDICIAL STANDARDS COMMISSION MADE BY THE
SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE AND SUBMITTED BY WRITTEN COMMUNICATION DATED APRIL 11, 2025, TO
THE SENATE.
WHEREAS, the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the State of Montana has made the
appointment, below designated, that has been submitted to the Senate by the Speaker of the House pursuant
to section 3-1-1101, MCA:
As a member of the Judicial Standards Commission, in accordance with section 3-1-1101, MCA:
Judge Ashley Harada, 13th Judicial District, appointed to serve a term ending June 30, 2029.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
That the Senate of the Regular Session of the 69th Legislature of the State of Montana does hereby
concur in, confirm, and consent to the above appointment and that the Secretary of the Senate immediately
deliver a copy of this resolution to the Secretary of State, to the Speaker of the House, and to the Chief Justice
of the Montana Supreme Court.
