AN ACT making an appropriation to the Wildlife Crossings
Account for the design, construction and identification of
new wildlife crossings and other related highway features;
and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN
SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the State General 1
Fund to the Wildlife Crossings Account created by NRS 408.656 2
the sum of $5,000,000 to design, construct and identify new wildlife 3
crossings and other related highway features to improve 4
permeability for wildlife in this State. 5
Sec. 2. This act becomes effective upon passage and approval. 6
