AN ACT making an appropriation to the Southern Nevada
Enterprise Community Board for certain expenses of the
Board; and providing other matters properly relating
thereto.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN
SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. 1. There is hereby appropriated from the State 1
General Fund to the Southern Nevada Enterprise Community Board 2
for personnel, operating, equipment and travel expenses and the cost 3
of consulting services the following sums: 4
For the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 .................................. $300,000 5
For the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 .................................. $290,000 6
2. Upon acceptance of the money appropriated by subsection 1, 7
the Southern Nevada Enterprise Community Board agrees to: 8
(a) Prepare and transmit a report to the Interim Finance 9
Committee on or before December 18, 2026, that describes each 10
expenditure made from the money appropriated by subsection 1 11
from the date on which the mon ey was received by the Southern 12
Nevada Enterprise Community Board through December 1, 2026; 13
(b) Prepare and transmit a final report to the Interim Finance 14
Committee on or before September 17, 2027, that describes each 15
expenditure made from the money appro priated by subsection 1 16

from the date on which the money was received by the Southern 1
Nevada Enterprise Community Board through June 30, 2027; and 2
(c) Upon request of the Legislative Commission, make 3
available to the Legislative Auditor any of the books, accounts, 4
claims, reports, vouchers or other records of information, 5
confidential or otherwise, of the Southern Nevada Enterprise 6
Community Board , regardless of their form or location, that the 7
Legislative Auditor deems necessary to conduct an audit of the use 8
of the money appropriated by subsection 1. 9
3. Any balance of the sums appropriated by subsection 1 10
remaining at the end of the respective fiscal years must not be 11
committed for expenditure after June 30 of the respective fiscal 12
years by the entity t o which the appropriation is made or any entity 13
to which money from the appropriation is granted or otherwise 14
transferred in any manner, and any portion of the appropriated 15
money remaining must not be spent for any purpose after 16
September 18, 2026, and Sep tember 17, 2027, respectively, by 17
either the entity to which the money was appropriated or the entity 18
to which the money was subsequently granted or transferred, and 19
must be reverted to the State General Fund on or before 20
September 18, 2026, and September 17, 2027, respectively. 21
Sec. 2. This act becomes effective on July 1, 2025. 22
