AN ACT making a supplemental appropriation to the Nevada
Gaming Control Board for an unanticipated shortfall
related to personnel expenses; and providing other matters
properly relating thereto.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, REPRESENTED IN
SENATE AND ASSEMBLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the State General 1
Fund to the Nevada Gaming Control Board the sum of $ 1,060,682 2
for an unanticipated shortfall related to personnel expenses . This 3
appropriation is supplemental to that made by subsection 2 of 4
section 3 of chapter 148, Statutes of Nevada 2023, at page 748. 5
Sec. 2. This act becomes effective upon passage and approval. 6
