STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six

AN ACT
clarifying when the secretary of state shall complete the registry of New Hampshire decentralized autonomous organizations.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

131:1 Registry of New Hampshire Decentralized Autonomous Organizations; Deadline Extension. The secretary of state shall have until January 1, 2027 to complete the decentralized autonomous organizations registry established under RSA 301-B:14 and RSA 301-B:31.

131:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
