STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six

AN ACT
classifying recreational vehicles as a motor vehicle in the context of new vehicle arbitration proceedings.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Trade and Commerce; New Motor Vehicle Arbitration; Definitions. Amend RSA 357-D:2, X(d)-(e) to read as follows:
(d) Any off highway recreational vehicle as defined in RSA 215-A:1, VI[

(e) Any snowmobile as defined in RSA 215-C:1, XV and RSA 357-C:1, XXVI[
.
]
; or

(f) Recreational vehicles (RVs).

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
