STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six

AN ACT
repealing the home education advisory council.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Home Education; Rulemaking. Amend RSA 193-A:3 to read as follows:
193-A:3 Rulemaking. The state board of education shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to administering the home education program. [
The state board of education shall, in addition to the provisions of RSA 541-A, submit any notice of proposed rulemaking under RSA 541-A:6 and any final proposed rule under RSA 541-A:12 to the home education advisory council established in RSA 193-A:10 for review and comment.
]

2 Repeal. RSA 193-A:10, relative to the home education advisory council, is repealed.

3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
