AS AMENDED BY THE HOUSE (AMENDMENT #2026-0151h)

AN ACT
relative to antique motor vehicles.

FISCAL IMPACT:
This bill clarifies the phrase “maintained for use” within the existing definitions of antique motor vehicle, farm tractor, retired fire apparatus, and motorcycle to align with current administrative interpretation and enforcement practices.
