STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six
AN ACT
repealing the public school identification and accommodation of gifted and talented students reporting requirement.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. RSA 189:29-b, relative to the identification and accommodation of gifted and talented students, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
