STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six

AN ACT
repealing the legislature's declaration of authority over public education.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Repeal. RSA 2025, 141:389, relative to the legislative declaration of authority regarding public education, is repealed.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
