STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six

AN ACT
prohibiting the sale of a child's personal data.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

168:1 New Subparagraph; Expectation of Privacy; Personal Data. Amend RSA 507-H:6, I by inserting after subparagraph (e) the following new subparagraph:
(e-1) Not sell a child's personal data;

168:2 Effective Date. This act takes effect January 1, 2027.
