STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six

AN ACT
repealing the directive that the state sell the Anna Philbrook Center for Children property in Concord.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

176:1 Repeal. 2025, 141:317, directing the state to sell the Anna Philbrook Center property, is repealed.

176:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
