STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Five

AN ACT
requiring meetings of the New Hampshire vaccine association to be audio and video recorded and published on its website within 48 hours.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Paragraph; Membership, Powers, and Duties of the New Hampshire Vaccine Association; Recording and Posting Requirements. Amend RSA 126-Q:3 by inserting after paragraph V the following new paragraph:
VI. In addition to the requirements for meetings under RSA 91-A, the board of directors of the association shall audio and video record all meetings and publish the recordings on its website in a generally accessible format within 48 hours of the meeting.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
