STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Five

AN ACT
requiring that retailers of fuel blends with 15% ethanol also offer fuel blends with 10% or lower ethanol content.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Section; Sale of Ethanol Fuel Blends. Amend RSA 339 by inserting after section 30-a the following new section:
339:30-b Sale of 15% and 10% or Lower Ethanol Fuel Blends.
All retailers of ethanol fuel blends shall offer for sale at least one fuel blend with a percentage of 10% ethanol or lower, if such retailer offers for sale a fuel blend with a percentage of 15% ethanol or greater. The retailer shall post the prices of such fuel blends as required in RSA 339:30-a.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2025.
