Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened: 1 New Subparagraphs; County Reimbursement of Funds; Limitation on Payments. Amend RSA 167:18-a, III(b) by inserting after subparagraph (4) the following new subparagraphs: (5) For fiscal year 2026, in addition to the $5,000,000 allocated pursuant to subparagraph III(b)(3), an aggregate credit of $11,228,839 shall be allocated among the counties based upon their relative proportional share of overpayments in fiscal year 2020 and fiscal year 2021. (6) For fiscal year 2027, in addition to the $5,000,000 allocated pursuant to subparagraph III(b)(3), an aggregate credit of $11,228,839 shall be allocated among the counties based upon their relative proportional share of overpayments in fiscal year 2020 and fiscal year 2021. 2 Effective Date.
