AN ACT

relative to the collection and reporting of abortion statistics by health care providers and medical facilities.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

15:1 Collection and Reporting of Abortion Statistics. Amend RSA 329:49-a, I(f) to read as follows:

15:2 Collection and Reporting of Abortion Statistics; Effective Date. Amend 2025, 287:15, III to read as follows:
III. Section 14 of this act shall take effect
