STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six

AN ACT
making a line on the return that enumerates the number of people who attempted to register to vote but were denied registration due to lack of required documentation.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Subparagraph; General Content of Return. Amend RSA 659:73, III by inserting after subparagraph (i) the following new subparagraph:
(j) The number of people who attempted to register but were denied registration due to a lack of required documentation, and, if possible, whether the voter was unable to prove age, citizenship, domicile or identity.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
