STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six

AN ACT
requiring the state to seek bids for contracts to oversee and operate the state's education freedom account program every three years.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 The State and Its Government; Department of Education; Education Freedom Accounts; Administrator. Amend RSA 21-N:7-a, II to read as follows:
II. Contract with
, and seek multiple contract bids from,
scholarship organizations
every 3 years
, subject to the approval of the governor and executive council.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
