STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty-Six

AN ACT
relative to electric aggregation plans.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

198:1 New Subparagraph; Revolving Funds. Amend RSA 31:95-h, I by inserting after subparagraph (g) the following new subparagraph:
(h) Facilitating the provision of energy services pursuant to the approved electric aggregation plan under RSA 53-E, provided that no funds raised from local taxes shall be used for such purposes.

198:2 Powers and Duties of Towns; Miscellaneous; Revolving Funds. Amend RSA 31:95-h, I(f)-(g) to read as follows:
(f) Financing of energy conservation and efficiency and clean energy improvements by participating property owners in an energy efficiency and clean energy district established pursuant to RSA 53-F; [
