Enacted
by the Senate and the General Assembly
of the State of New Jersey:

���� 1.� In addition to the amounts
appropriated under P.L.��� , c.�� , the annual appropriations act for the
fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, there is appropriated from the Property Tax
Relief Fund the following amount for the purpose specified:

STATEMENT

���� This bill makes a supplemental
appropriation of $1.2 million for the Franklin Township School District in
Somerset County. The additional State school aid provided under the bill would
assist the school district in offsetting increases in student transportation
costs and charter school tuition costs.
