Enacted
by the Senate and the General Assembly
of the State of New Jersey:

���� 1.��� In addition to the
amounts appropriated under P.L.2022, c.49), the annual appropriations act for
Fiscal Year 2022-2023, there is appropriated out of the General Fund the
following sum for the purpose specified:

STATEMENT

����� This bill provides a supplemental appropriation of
$35 million from the General Fund to the �Urban and Rural Centers Unsafe
Buildings Demolition Revolving Loan Fund.�� This fund was established pursuant
to P.L.1997, c.125 to assist municipalities with building demolition and
disposal projects.
