����� The Assembly Aging and Human Services Committee
reports favorably Assembly Bill No. 1205.

����� This bill would require the Division of Developmental
Disabilities in the Department of Human Services to create and distribute a
satisfaction survey.� The survey would be distributed to clients who utilize
the division�s support coordination services.� Each support coordination agency
would be given a rating out of five stars.� A support coordination agency is an
agency that provides assistance for individuals with developmental disabilities
in accessing medical, social, educational, and other services.

����� This bill was pre-filed for introduction in the
2026-2027 session pending technical review.� As reported, the bill includes the
changes required by technical review, which has been performed.
