by the Senate and General Assembly of
the State of New Jersey:

���� 1.��� The following line item
of section 1 of P.L.2025, c.74, the annual appropriations act for State Fiscal
Year 2026, is amended to read as follows:

effect immediately.

STATEMENT

���� This bill amends the annual
appropriations act for State Fiscal Year 2026 to clarify the distribution of
certain Community Resources funding.� Currently, the annual appropriations act
for State Fiscal Year 2026 appropriates $25,000 to American Legion Post 46.�
However, this American Legion Post is not located in New Jersey.�

���� To correct this error, the
bill reassigns distribution of these funds to American Legion Post #346 located
in Neptune Township, New Jersey.
