of the State of New Jersey:
���� 1.� The following item in
section 1. of P.L.2025, c.74, the annual appropriations act for the fiscal year
ending June 30, 2026, is amended as follows:

���� 2.��� Section 1. of P.L.2025,
c.74, the annual appropriations act for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026,
is supplemented as follows:

From the amount hereinabove
appropriated for care management organizations, $16,700,000 shall be used to
increase the NJ FamilyCare monthly reimbursement rate for care management
organization services to $1,200 per client.� The NJ FamilyCare reimbursement
rate for care management organization services shall increase by $100 in each subsequent
fiscal year until the rate reaches $1,500 per client.
���� 3.� This act shall take effect
immediately.
STATEMENT
���� This bill increases the FY2026
annual appropriation to the Department of Children and Families (DCF) by $16.7
million in order to increase the NJ FamilyCare monthly reimbursement rate for
care management organization (CMO) services from the current rate of $1,032 per
client to $1,200 per client.� Newly added appropriations language specifies
that the NJ FamilyCare reimbursement rate for care management organization
services will increase by $100 in each subsequent fiscal year until the rate
reaches $1,500 per client.�
���� CMOs are county-based agencies
that provide case management services and coordinate service delivery and
wraparound care for youth with complex behavioral health issues, substance use
disorders, and intellectual and developmental disabilities.
