An Act
requiring the Department of Military and Veterans
Affairs to promote the Veterans History Project at the Library of Congress and
supplementing chapter 3 of Title 38A of the New Jersey Statutes.�

Be It
Enacted
by the Senate and General Assembly of
the State of New Jersey:

���� 1.��� The Department of
Military and Veterans Affairs shall develop and maintain an informational
campaign to promote awareness of the Veterans History Project at the Library of
Congress.

���� Pursuant to the
"Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.),
the Adjutant General shall adopt rules and regulations necessary to effectuate
the purposes of this act.

���� 2.��� This act shall take
effect immediately.�

STATEMENT

���� This bill requires the
Department of Military and Veterans Affairs to develop and maintain an
informational campaign to promote awareness of the Veterans History Project at
the Library of Congress.�
