auctions, and any other legalized games of chance the Legalized Games of Chance
Control Commission deems appropriate. The bill requires the commission to
adopt regulations to accept credit cards and other electronic payments.

payments to purchase shares, tickets, or rights to participate in legalized
games of chance such as raffles, bingo, and penny auctions.
